Why can't I update my phone number?

Your phone number plays a key role in securing and identifying your account. Because of its importance, phone numbers currently cannot be updated in the app. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we're actively working on a solution to allow phone number updates in the future.

How do I delete my Benjamin account?

If you’ve decided to delete your account, follow these steps:

Open the Benjamin app and go to Profile.
Select Settings.
Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your information, including any rewards you’ve earned, will be permanently deleted. If you decide to return, we’ll be here to welcome you back!
