3. Offer samples of new products so that customers can try something new without committing to buying it at full price right away. Give samples especially to your regular customers to make them feel even more appreciated.
4. Create a loyalty program. Loyalty programs are a great way to say thank you to your customers. They make your customers feel appreciated and will make them want to come back more often (25% repeat in visit increase).
